Super Fata
Super Fata is the music project of Norwegian composer, sound designer, and electronic musician Jan Roos.
Some of the music is harmonic, other pieces are atonal, some seamlessly morphs between the two.
Most of the music is deeply multi-layered.
The music is influenced by synesthesia, and an extension of it where senses and sensations are intertwined; everything experienced as an aspect of something else.
Super Fata has released the album "Natural Selection"(2013), the cosmic-expansive styled "Structural Tendency" (2013, Origo Sound), the tribal-ambient mini-album "Cosmologic Relation" (2013), "Percipient" (2015) based on the theme of consciousness in nature, the follow-up album "Structural Tendency VII-XI" (2017) which thematically exploring the evolution of the human mind, "Pangea A.D." (2019) - a machine-ambient journey into a possible future and several individual tracks which are available on Bandcamp, Spotify and other music sites and streaming services.
