I’m fixing my arms. This is Oct 2025 vs. June 2026. I had lost so much muscle tone from exercise limitations due to painful rotator cuff tears. But now I’m making a comeback, a work in progress.
Injuries aside, in general, if you’re in midlife or later (I’m 53) and think you’ll never be able to slim and tone your arms, I promise you it doesn’t take heavy lifting or endless weekly hours of work to start changing that.
Scroll through the upper body workouts on my page, add in daily walks, and do your best to make good food choices 85% of the time.

Most lower-calorie, non-flour pancakes sacrifice texture and taste. They end up dry, rubbery, or falling apart in the pan.
These are different. It’s a great balance between nutrition and enjoyment.
