Hello everyone! I'm Debbie and this is a faith and fitness based channel. God is first and loves you more than you can even fathom. My channel is to help those in their daily walk with Christ and to motivate those interested in a fitness and healthy lifestyle. I am a Christian, I work in General Surgery at the hospital, I am WBFF Diva Bikini PRO competitor and athlete & a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
