2026, the year of recovery. Here's where we are:
Hudson: 4 months post Pec Tear surgery. Performed my first bodyweight pushup. Cleared for all exercises. Current shoulder stiffness and strength loss. Focusing on SLOW progressive overload. If all goes well, I'll be cleared in August. 💪
Brandon: Multiple disc bulges due to years of wear and tear. Unfortunately a big setback last month but back on track with physical therapy. Goal is 100% recovery with lots of PT work throughout the rest of the year.
We know lots of you have went through something similar, and we really appreciate the kind words and the motivation. Hopefully we've been able to send a little back your way! We won't stop, we'll just adapt. Buff Dudes Forever. 🎸🎶

Thank you for all the kind words in my last video! Recovery is going well. I've been hard at work on our next "I Tried Living" video, and after 7 months of work, it'll be released tomorrow at 7am pacific time. It's been quite a journey. Hope you enjoy it!
