Allah doesn't change the situation of a people until they change that which is within themselves (Al-Ra'd, verse 11). Change starts from within, from the grassroots, one step at a time. It requires positivity, patience and perseverance. Most importantly it requires a strong faith in Allah and sound trust in His Wisdom.
