PRAISE FOR OUR COUNTRY, FOR OBAMA

On November 4 2008, exactly 40 years and 7 months since the loss of MLK ~God gave Americans the opportunity to do his will. Similar to the framers of the country who penned the Declaration the Independence—all men are created equal—and Lincoln who signed the Emancipation Proclamation, and Thurgood Marshall who wrote the petitions in Brown vs Board of education decision, we were able to use our hands to elect a man who personifies the words that they wrote. The joy, is found in knowing that our votes were a peaceful tool of change—unlike those tools wielded in the Revolutionary War, the Civil War and the civil unrest of the 60's—is the beauty of this election. With peaceful hands we've elected a man who stands for peace, who's promised to work to end bloodshed and get our economy out of the red!
