Just Another Label

Hi,

JAL is home to record labels & music library specialising in electronic and urban music. The label arm, JAL and its subsidiaries were established in 1992, cultivating a distinctively British, independent, and authentic sound whilst engaging in the community activities recognised through the reception of an Ivor Novello award for ‘The Best Original Music For Television’.

The DML has been compiling music since 1998, leaning on our particular expertise in dance and urban sounds. Our back catalogue can be found with APM, Sonoton, Lemoncake, Universal, and Extreme Music.

Throughout our existence, we have nurtured and developed several labels, becoming part of the bedrock of British dance music.
