Have always had a strong passion for eating good tasty food. Growing up in a family where organic, fresh and healthy foods was quite important. Love to cook and love to eat.
My family heritage comes from Xinjiang deep in the Silk Road, North West China and Russia. A lot of cooking skills and inspiration have been derived directly from my mother and father. Just another bloke trying to eat good food.
My favourite foods are anything Italian (pizza, pasta the whole lot), Chinese (sweet, sour, salty whatever), anything with lamb, any and all seafoods. I also love to travel and eat to explore different food cultures and cuisines.
