Before becoming a Realtor, I decided to buy a home and flip it, taking Real Estate lessons at that time. By the time I sold that house, I was ready to be a Realtor.
Since then, I have leveraged my home remodeling and flipping experience into advice to my clients. The result? Many of them make way more money on their home sale then they would have had they not followed my advice. And not merely advice. There is hardly a home that I have sold that I have not personally rolled up my sleeves and cleaned, painted, or caulked!
