15 years ago I tried working for a Fortune 500 company. But not for long. Actually, it only lasted 3 months before I was part of a layoff that involved only me. I had to be honest with myself, I wasn't made for the corporate world!
Fast forward to 2010, I founded Caliber Security Partners. It allowed me to do business my way. But a few poor business decisions along the way caused my strong business to plummet.
As my business faltered, my mindset did too. Everyone I turned to for advice told me to “Shut your doors and walk away”. For the next three years, my drive allowed me to rebuild and strengthen my business past where it was and regain control of my mindset.
Now, through my community “Refiners”, and my book “UPSURGE: Wreckage to Triumph, Rebuilding Your Personal and Business Life”, I get to bring all of my experiences to help other entrepreneurs build the business and life that they see for themselves.
