SHORT DELAY! I'm trying to upload my new video - "How To Run Better Merchants" - but YouTube only seems willing to publish it in incredibly low resolution. SO I'm going to leave it overnight and see if it renders the 1080p version by morning (sometimes there's an odd delay). If not, I'll reupload from scratch and see if that works. One way or another, the vid will be public tomorrow (December 13th). See ya then!

It's Friday, so...it's time for a new video! Let's talk about running giant monsters (like krakens or tarrasques) for low level adventuring parties.

THIS FRIDAY - let's talk about giant monsters, and krakens specifically! I've developed a system for running enormous creatures as environmental challenges, focusing on survival rather than direct combat. I'll lay the whole thing out in this video.

Here's a fun update for those of you following my attempts to restore this channel to algorithmic health! My first goal was to be able to post a video on Friday and get it to 1000 views by Monday...and we just did that!

I know 1k views is a small win, but it's a sign that we're getting the algorithm back on our side. The next thing is to see if I can KEEP that up, and then increase it, getting on to our second goal (getting 3-5k per video, which brings us back to the status quo from last year).

Exciting times for me - see ya on Friday!
