計劃由以社區為基礎的跨學科團隊領導,分別來自西方醫學,中醫及其他替代醫學。
計劃旨在為痛症人士設計一系列的肌骼健康活動,令大家更有信心地面對痛症,更積極地與痛症共處,為自己的生活踏出一步。
