I discovered yoga during my acting training in 2006 and I witnessed my body and my mind being transformed.
I completed my yoga teacher training in 2011 and have been teaching since.

Wanting to deepen my knowledge and understanding of how the body works and functions I trained in the Alexander Technique (A.T.). This is a method that re-educates body and mind by helping them let go of habitual patterns that are no longer helpful.
I apply the principles of the A.T. to my yoga sessions, as it really helps us understand how we do what we do.

In my classes I aim to help students increase body awareness, find centre, alignment and balance while connecting to the present moment through mindful movement and breath-work.

My sequences are gentle and emphasise on body mechanics, offering to students of all levels a safe and supportive space to practice.
