Been thinking long and hard about BODYBUILDING on a serious level for awhile now. Of course it’ll NATURAL and free of PEDS. And I’d document everything on my 2nd YouTube channel: ​⁠‪@OutofLoveXO‬

Right now and since the beginning I’ve been focused on being an Athlete. Being strong. Running fast. Jumping high. While staying functional will always be my over all goal, I’m thinking about focusing on aesthetics as well.

My short term goal would be to bulk past 200lbs(I’ve never weighed over 199 before) Want to hear some of y’all thoughts. What do you guys think?!💭

Two months ago we were just celebrating 3 million YouTube subscribers. And now to be able to say we're over 4 million deep over here is a big blessing!

Seven years ago, I remember talking to myself in front of my wife's old Sony camera feeling so awkward while recording yt videos lol. Wondering who would ever even see it. And even when no one saw it, kept going..

Blessed is an understatement. My best friend is pregnant again with a healthy baby and I'm excited to be a Dad times three!

Although there's no "one size fits all" instruction manual to parenting or raising kids, we strive to put our best foot forward with our little ones. They are literally the future!

Many of the issues we have today starts and ends with good and bad parenting. Read a book. Ask a friend. Do your best.

You have the future running around your homes right now. Be cognizant of the impact you have on the world tomorrow..
