Welcome to my YouTube channel! I'm Mike Roland, team lead of The Roland Team at LPT Realty in Las Vegas and Henderson. I'm the No. 1 individual agent in Henderson by homes sold in 2025 and No. 6 in Nevada, RealTrends Verified. Our team has closed 1,000+ homes and earned 800+ five-star reviews.
Here's what you can expect: Moving to Las Vegas guides and advice, luxury and affordable neighborhoods, 55+ and retirement communities, new construction and which builders I trust, market trends, plus tips on buying, selling and getting your mortgage approved.
My passion is helping people and real estate (in that order). Reach out with any questions. I'd love to help you buy a home for less and sell your home for more.
