My name is Bec! I am hearing and I have profoundly deaf parents so my first language is Auslan! I am a Provisionally Certified Auslan Interpreter and also employed as a Teachers aide and support worker. It became evident that not only do deaf and hard of hearing children use Auslan but children with disabilities and learning difficulties. Whilst working in a primary school I realised there wasn’t a lot of resources so here I am - combining my passion for supporting others with the language I know and love - Auslan
