HISTORY-
The Origami Team was born on a late-September afternoon. As part of a 24 hour filmmaking competition at USC, six passionate people came together on a mission to create cinema at its most essential. In just one day, these six people wrote, shot, and edited a film that needed only one thing more come morning: a title. But what could sum up the irreverent, random, dark, sexual, twisted and surprisingly heartfelt images they had put on the screen? The Origami Roommate, a title with no significance whatsoever. For all of The Origami films, it is important to remember The Team's guiding light: search for meaning and you will find it, but remember that it didn't come from us.
