Welcome. I’m Heather McDaniel, a writer and practitioner working at the intersection of Trust Architecture, regenerative leadership, and systems under strain.
After two decades in strategic communication, I became interested in what communication can and cannot fix, and what needs to be addressed at a deeper structural level when trust erodes and coordination breaks down.
This channel is a space for reflections and field notes from that work. You’ll find explorations of regenerative leadership in practice, alongside contemplative perspectives on attention, pacing, and discernment, and creative inquiry into joy, beauty, and emergence.
Some videos are grounded in organizational contexts. Others are place-based, where landscape, history, and slowness create space for insight. This isn't a coaching channel, but a space for observation, inquiry, and sense-making.
