Martin Paul Cuthew

Martin Paul Cuthew is a seasoned singer/guitarist and songwriter with over 20 years and 700 gigs worth of experience. He's played all over London and the South-East, highlights being performances at the Queen’s Golden Jubilee and at Greenbelt Festival.

His influences - ranging from Metallica, Smashing Pumpkins, Biffy Clyro to Pink Floyd, Oasis, Coldplay - have shaped his soulful pop-rock sound. His debut EP ‘Erosion & Evolution’ was acclaimed as an “outstanding emotional work”, blending introspective lyrics with vibrant sonic textures. Martin's repertoire spans 60 years of classic covers alongside his original compositions, which he brings to life on stage with a stompbox, backing beats and live-looping.

While continuing to play live, Martin is building an online audience with his "Acoustic Sessions" YouTube series and recently released original song ‘Up To Us To Learn’, a cautionary pop-rock fable about muddling through life, realising the need to adapt or risk being left behind.
