Mitzi Carrasquillo is the founder of Loved, Healed and Restored LLC, an author, Human Resources professional, and passionate advocate for healing and empowerment. Guided by her mission “to encourage and empower others that there is recovery after every storm,” (1 Peter 2:9), she has transformed adversity into purpose by educating communities on sexual assault awareness, prevention, and the importance of self-care. Deeply committed to uplifting the next generation, Mitzi conducts free workshops and donates self-care “Gift of Love” baskets to girls ages 8–18 to inspire confidence, healing, and self-love, earning both a City of Boston EXTRAordinary Women’s Award and an Official Resolution from the Boston City Councilors’ Office.
She is also the author of three books on healing, empowerment, and self-care, and her work reflects a heart for service and a mission to help others feel loved, healed, and restored.
