Born in Caracas, Venezuela, she finished medical school in 2001 at Universidad Central de Venezuela. Following medical school, she finished one year of General Surgery and 4 years of Dermatology residency at University of Miami Miller Medical School. She has more than 20 years experience in the field of medicine. With more than 40 publications in prestigious national and international journals, many book chapters in Dermatology and cutaneous surgery, Dr. V certainly has shaped her expertise.
Since the beginning of her career, she has been invited as a speaker at more than 30 conferences across the globe, placing her in the forefront of her specialty.
