So many people hesitate to start working out because they think you need 60 minutes or more for it to be effective. But honestly, you don’t. You can have a great workout in 30 minutes and on busy days, even 10-15 minutes make a difference!
I strongly believe in consistency when it comes to achieving goals. But consistency doesn’t mean giving 100% every single day. Some days, you might only manage 10%, and that’s okay. So, when you can’t squeeze in a 60 or 30-minute session, even 15 minutes counts!
