Hi, I'm Caroline and I specialise in yoga for women's health. My real passion is supporting and empowering perimenopausal / menopausal women through breath, movement and mindfulness practices.
My aim is to make the physical practice of yoga accessible to as many people as possible, whether complete beginner or seasoned yogi.
I actively encourage students to explore the postures in their own body, it's not one size fits all we all have our own unique body mechanics and what works for one body won't work for another so its all about finding what feels good in your body.
On my channel you will find a variety of classes including some more focused on women's health issues such as peri-menopause / menopause , fertility, yoga for the menstrual cycle.
