Hey there, name's Ian Werner. I live in San Francisco California, and I've been playing the bagípipe since 1992. 25+ years of dedication to this unique celtic instrument has afforded me quite the plethora of life-experiences and has opened my eyes and ears, as it were, to whole other worlds of sublime musical interpretation. Being a musician, for me, has always been about the enrichment I can give to those around me, quite literally, as playing for a live audience is what makes knowing how to play an instrument worth every second spent on its study. I love to play for crowds, and am available for any event in which having piper, for whatever reason, is a must.
