A place to breathe. A place to be still.. to get away for a moment.

Years ago a professor assigned “silence and solitude” as homework, starting with 20 min and by the end and 2 hours felt like it was cutting that sweet time short. It became one of the most meaningful practices to return to.

This channel was born from that same longing and need—for peace, quiet, and the presence of God.
