The Gurdjieff Suffolk Group is a Fourth Way Group in the tradition of G.I. Gurdjieff and J.G Bennett.

The purpose of the Gurdjieff Suffolk Group is to provide conditions that support the study of Gurdjieff’s and Bennett’s ideas and practices for the growth of real Being; the inner development possible for man that is the aim of objective religion. The focus of the group is putting these ideas and practices into effect in our everyday lives.

The group meets fortnightly in the Ipswich/Woodbridge area UK.
