I am a hands-on coach who provides individual attention and feedback. I use a variety of exercises to challenge my clients which are fun for them and keep them motivated. I am also a strong believer in nutrition and lifestyle changes, and I help my clients make choices which are sustainable
My work is to find which exercise program my client enjoys doing and which diet is sustainable. I believe that "when you do something you enjoy, it doesn't feel like work"
