Hi, we're Charlotte and Tim. Master Herbalists and Traditional Naturopaths with lots of experience and knowledge we love to share.

We run a small farm called Horse-n-Bear Ranch in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia. We have goats, chickens, and mules, and a high tunnel filled with herbs. From holler to mountain our farm is medicinal herb paradise!

This channel—Herbal Hour—is where we share about herbs. Plant profiles, remedies, wildcrafting, and the occasional soap-making video. It's also where you'll see the farm itself: the gardens, the goats, the mountain and holler, the whole messy beautiful thing.
