Hey there, I'm Derek Caffe, a commercial real estate broker, licensed GC, investor, and developer based in Austell, GA (ATL metro). On this channel, I discuss real estate investing, personal finance, urban planning, and economics. Currently, I’m focused on enhancing Austell’s quality of life through community advocacy and developing a mixed-use project in downtown Austell.
I’m the Managing Broker and Owner of CAFFE Realty, an investor + commercial focused brokerage, Principal of Code Black Construction, a renovation and flipping business, and Principal of Code Black Properties, a vertically integrated investment and development firm. I proudly serve or have served on the boards of local nonprofits including the Austell Police Foundation, Austell Business Association, and Create Austell. A retired U.S. Army veteran, I hold a BSBA in Finance from Youngstown State University.
