Proud to share the inspiring transformation journey of my mentee.

He started the program in June at 100 kg and wrapped up 2025 at 84 kg, stronger and leaner, having achieved a solid 16 kg drop in 6 months.

What stands out most is the commitment and discipline he showed despite a busy work schedule.

No shortcuts. Just evidence-based, quantified nutrition and structured strength training.

Here's how he did it:

1. Followed a calorie deficit diet rich in protein and fiber
2. Ate familiar, home-style food, not an alien diet
3. Carried calorie-counted, home-cooked meals to work
4. Ate enough carbs daily to make the diet sustainable
5. Modified snacking habits instead of trying to eliminate them
6. Kept energy expenditure high through walking and daily activity
7. Executed an aggressive but well-planned mini-cut in December

Highlights of his program:
A sustainable calorie deficit diet that includes his favorite food, biryani.
Four days/week strength training program focused on maximizing strength development and hypertrophy.
Low-intensity cardio post-workout with sports once a week (football).
Stayed active throughout the day, not just in the gym, and never missed any workouts.
