Paper Snowflakes aren't just for Winter or Christmas. The goal at Moflakes is to encourage creative paper cutting during all seasons for all reasons.
I have loved making paper snowflakes since I was a child. I learned at an early age that real snowflakes have 6 sides, and every one is unique. After decades of keeping this to my self, I decided to share my creativity with the world by making paper snowflakes on camera. I am Mo, and these are Moflakes!
You will notice that my videos all are free-hand cutting. I use just paper and scissors, and sometimes nail clippers or a hole punch. I start with a blank sheet of paper and start folding. Each moflake has six-sides. Some of the patterns end up looking like 12 sides, but I fold it the same way each time. I have turned many of my snowflake creations into printable PDF templates.
If you have any snowflake ideas, please suggest them in the comments of one of my videos, or contact me through my website: moflakes.com/contact-us
