LA REINA TAÍNA is a multi-hyphenated, shape-shifting creative director, producer, and performer. She is a proud Afro-Latina, Taína, Trans/Enby, Neurodivergent aesthete de Nueva Jersey. She's released EP "LA REINA TAÍNA", and singles "EL CUCO!", "PAYASO", "Amor Propio". "IM ON AUX NOW" (2024).
EP "LA REINA TAÍNA", is about re-imaging and challenging the status quo. But she couldn’t do that until she broke herself down and built herself back up, piece by piece. Como dijo Arca, “quítame la piel de ayer!” SHE is reborn as LA REINA TAÍNA!
She has a heart of gold, a thirst for life, and an imagination to last her four lifetimes. She is a proud transgender woman who finally decided to stop seeking refuge in her fears and traumas.
