But here is a prime example. Everyone always ask me “How do you keep a positive attitude?” “How do you beat depression?” How do you, how do you, how do you blah blah blah.

The answer???
DISTRACT YOURSELF.

But the key is there are negative distractions and positive distractions.

Me drinking alcohol is a negative distraction.

Me deciding in this moment to go wash clothes, run to walmart and the post office fighting with the traffic? That is a positive distraction. And that’s how you do it. Distract, distract, distract until one day - you feel better and have no need to distract yourself😃

Hey Beautiful!!🥳

Contrary to how it looks, since the start of this year i have been making a lot of content behind the scenes. I have A LOT of unpublished, unupload, and unedited videos that i’ve recorded. I got tons and tons of photos i’ve taken, and silly little random funny video clips all stockpiled on my iphone, computer, and camera.

Over the last couple years i’ve lost a lot of viewer interest and favoritism from the algorithm because of my lack of stability and me coming back and then ghosting for months, then come back and disappear again (rinse repeat). THIS TIME, more important to me than my “rebrand” or the direction for my content - what is most actually been the most important to me is that when i finally come back beautiful, this time, i stay back and i stick around permanently and consistently like the beginning of my first couple years on YouTube. Consistency is key. For you, for me, and for the algorithm aiding community growth.

So i’ve heard that many YouTubers have their upload schedule preset a week in advance, some have it a month or even MONTHS already set, prepared and ready to go which gives them the space to work and maintain a consistent reliable schedule. Initially i was trying to have things ready by March but there was some severe family challenges (i talked about on Patreon) and then i was hoping to be ready this month, but clearly i’m already late. However i still have hope for this month.

I just want to keep you informed and in the know how of where i’m at and what i’m doing even though i’ve been inexcusably absent. The channel is practically dead at this point chile, but just like Jesus - this channel WILL be making a glorious and epic resurrection return hunny😝

After days being sober and today being the first day i finally feel a little normal and like I’m NOT having a heart attack or stroke, today on this lovely Christmas Eve, i’m leaving to go for a jog (something i haven’t done in MONTHS!!)
