But here is a prime example. Everyone always ask me “How do you keep a positive attitude?” “How do you beat depression?” How do you, how do you, how do you blah blah blah.

The answer???
DISTRACT YOURSELF.

But the key is there are negative distractions and positive distractions.

Me drinking alcohol is a negative distraction.

Me deciding in this moment to go wash clothes, run to walmart and the post office fighting with the traffic? That is a positive distraction. And that’s how you do it. Distract, distract, distract until one day - you feel better and have no need to distract yourself😃
