This is where I discussing how I lost over 20? lbs on keto!
My highest weight was 368 lbs
~Started Keto Sept 1 2017 had a 7 month stall after my first 10 months then lost 43 lbs in 7 weeks then hit a 2 month stall went to doing ketovore diet and dropped 17 lbs in 19 days now working on my last 50 or so pounds cheek out my daily weigh ins what I eat each day and how I live my day to day life.
Theres no one way to do a keto diet no 2 bodies are the same we all have different health issues and different life's
The ketogenic lifestyle is where you burn fat as your main source of energy instead of carbs, this means that you eat higher fat than an average person and you eat 20 or less carbs a day.

It has been an emotional rollercoaster week.
And for a lot of y'all as well, most likely
On top of all that, 4 days ago, rocket, my cat disappeared. And this morning, I found my favorite cat outside dead silver. He's in my videos. I haven't put together yet, and I can't bring myself to watch those videos so it's going to be a minute before I make another video.

So we got to the hospital this morning at 6 AM at 1230 an hour and a 1/2 past his surgery time. They came in the room and said there had been an emergency situation with the first one at 7 AM, and they had just gotten out of surgery and they don't do the procedure after 12 plus they were exhausted. So now we have to go back next week for dad's surgery. He wasn't upset, he said God didn't have it. Planned for him to have it done that day is how he looks at it. So we will be doing this all over again next week. But he will be the first patient.

I want to thank everyone for the birthday wishes. And I will get to the comments as soon as I can. Unfortunately, going to the zoo on the eleventh sent me into a horrible mcas flair and I have been stuck in bed since that night and I am still here very, very sick. Just let everyone know I am doing a very well. I have just been crazy, Busy and I have been filming and there will be a video either tomorrow. The next day, with all the days sets I haven't posted. I've just had only like, maybe five ten minutes each day to show you what i've eaten because it's been insane

So the video that went up today and the one that will be up. Tomorrow was films a while ago. And I didn't realize that YouTube did not post some and make them public. I was so sick. I wasn't checking on that. So they've been there. They just wasn't public. I don't think it's Saturday. My newest video will be up and I filmed it recently. So I'm sick as a dog and look horrible in the video. But it's okay, it's a live update.

Sorry, guys, I'm still too sick to try to blow. Any videos went to the doctors today Not only did I have to flu But now have a sinus infection bronchitis, a ear infection and both of my eyes are infected. Tried to pick my meds up today. But the pharmacy didn't fill them. So I have to pick ours up tomorrow.

Thank you everyone for your prayers my nephew came out of surgery doing well We are all still desperately sick. I've never had the flu. So I had no clue How sick someone gets when they get the flu it is so bad I'm on day nine not leaving my bed I barely can even sit up The same with the rest of my family

Asking for prays we all are very sick with the flu and my little nephew fell and broke his arm and tomorrow morning he has to have surgery on it he so scared he not ever going to wake up from it so if u believe can u please pray he will be ok thank u as when I get well ill try uploading videos again
