True Tanzania aims to encourage people to explore, discover and experience all aspects of what Tanzania has to offer. Art, rich culture, Nature, Cuisine, people and much more.We believe this could be achieved by engaging with things such as local art and culture. Culture shapes and develops us to better beings as well as creates an understanding and enriches our knowledge to shape a better community. Art talks to our society are not only that we will learn from one another, but we can create opportunities such as collaboration, directly supporting the local economy and in return entering the shared economy.
Tanzania was built following Ujamaa ideology - social and economic development policy. Introduced and implemented by the 1st president of Tanzania(Late - Baba wa Taifa Hayati - Julius Kambarage Nyerere. In Swahili Ujamaa means Family/togetherness/community. Working together towards a common wealth. Evidence of this still exists and can still be seen all around Tanzania.
