In an introductory way, the ETBC-TV is born to clarify:
1. The talents in the rich sense of the term, of Burundians in general but of young people in particular in all areas of young people's lives. For example, the entrepreneurs worthy of the name, the singers worthy of the name, and other kinds of talents observable in young Burundians;
2. The beauty and goodness of our country BURUNDI taking into account that it is changing its image from day to day thanks to our leaders;
3. The message of our ascendants who are still alive;
4. The way in which the remarkable investors of Burundi have used to achieve success in order to motivate young people to take them as references;
5. The activities of the ETBC-VPSW24 center in its initiative of excellence in its activities as a training center in ICT and languages, in photography and camera and secretarial activities;
6. Entertainment with talents relating to good health in general and good mental health in particular.
