Vivian Kistler is an MCPF (Master Certified Picture Framer) and GCF (Guild Commended Framer). She travels worldwide giving seminars on picture framing. She has written over 28 books and hosted 20 videos on picture framing as well as writes a monthly column for picture framing magazines.
