Tesar Homes, Inc., has been family owned & operated since 1987. Started by Richard S. Tesar, who, during his time, built over 600 custom homes & buildings throughout the Sarasota & Bradenton area. His father, Richard G. Tesar, started Tesar Construction, Inc. in 1976 & built over 300 custom homes & buildings throughout his career into the late '80s.

The company is now owned & operated by Michael J. Tesar, the grandson of Richard G. Tesar, and the son of Richard S. Tesar, which makes him a 3rd generation builder in the Sarasota, Bradenton Area.

We Offer Residential & Commercial Construction Services to Our Clients. Projects Include New Custom Homes, New Commercial Construction & Renovations. Types of Commercial Projects Include; Medical Offices, Food & Retail Shops, Land Development, & Property Maintenance.
