I've been working on some other projects the past few weeks and am traveling this week as well, so we'll be back to normal uploads the following week (6/11)! Keith dropped a new short on the channel earlier today though if you want to check it out.
Here’s what you can expect: • Keith breaking down restaurant takeout techniques you can recreate at home (most recent reel was about Thai food) • Me sharing lifestyle recipes and quick meal ideas (probably some clips from this channel too) • Static photo posts with helpful tips (this hoagie post) • Common food science questions answered in an easy-to-understand way

I could use your help! What are some of the “soft skills” of cooking that you have noticed or learned while watching these live style videos on the Cook Well channel?
By soft skills, I mean the non obvious things that just reading a recipe or highly edited video can’t teach you:
Basically, any moment that made you stop and think.
“I haven’t thought about doing that before” “I need to try that because I have busy week coming up” “I don’t have exactly what he has, but I can make something similar with (insert ingredient)”
I’d appreciate any comments below. I’m thinking about main channel video on the topic of soft skills vs hard skills.
I’m headed to Medellin, Colombia in a couple of weeks and want to try and film a cooking video there for this channel. What Colombian dish would you like to see me recreate while I’m there?
I’ll plan on grabbing some of the behind the scenes shopping at a grocery store or local market as well!
