Tandav is a Kolkata-based Alternative Rock/Indie Rock band that began its journey in 2016, founded by Imon Mukherjee and former member Sayan Sengupta. After a pause during the pandemic, the band regrouped in 2022-23 with renewed energy. The current lineup features Imon (Vocals), Soubhagya Basu (Guitar), Ayan Singh (Guitar), Akash Asif (Bass), and Nairit Deb (Drums).
With over 70 shows—both commercial and independent—under their belt, Tandav has also secured 2nd place in the Alternative Rock category on ReverbNation (West Bengal). Their music blends raw emotion with soaring melodies, making every performance a story of passion, grit, and connection.
