Hi, my name is Erik. I am just a regular guy who enjoys cooking and spending time with my family and friends.
I have always had a love of food, and feel I have some instincts inside me about cooking from my Mormor (Danish Grandmother) and Morfar (Danish Grandfather). Old school cooking passed down over the generations.
Although I have no professional training, I have learned from practice and experience over the years. I love sharing my recipes with you, and hope some of my videos will encourage those who are intimidated about cooking to leave their comfort zone and try some of my recipes. Cooking wonderful meals for your family and friends doesn't need to be difficult, it should be fun.
