Hi! I'm Lauren. As a child, my mother would take me out on day hikes near our home outside of Philadelphia.
Now, my family and I hike all over the US. We love exploring our home state of Pennsylvania and all of the gorgeous hiking spots nearby in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and beyond. In 2023, we did over 50 day hikes in 8 different states. And we still have plenty more we want to explore!
When I'm not hiking, I host my podcast, Her Side of the Trail, where I speak with other women hikers about their experiences on the trails. You can watch the episodes here on YouTube or listen on your favorite app.
