I was raised in Spain 🇪🇸, on my Grandparents Farm in Asturias. There I was taught invaluable lessons about Nutrition, Sustainability, and Seasonal produce from the garden. I grew up Authentically Farm-to-Table!💚
This led me to Culinary School 🇫🇷 at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris. Here I learned about gastronomy, cooking techniques, and using local ingredients to produce the best tasting dishes.
After living and traveling the world 🌍 embracing Global Cuisine from Europe, Asia 🇯🇵 thru South America, I returned to the United States 🇺🇲
Here on the Beautiful Central Coast of California 🌊☀️My Life came Full Circle.
