Eat Nourish Love is a wellness and lifestyle platform created to inspire, uplift, and bring people together. Founded by Caroline Cary, ENL celebrates conscious living through beautifully curated events, inspirational stories, wellbeing insights, and meaningful community connection.
Each year, the Eat Nourish Love Autumn Fair brings together over 120 hand-picked brands, expert speakers, and thousands of visitors for two days of creativity, shopping, and inspiration at Tedworth Park.
