Housing is the most common and essential need for all human beings. Satellite towns have now become a new sensation in the housing sector all over India, particularly in South India.
Cooperative Housing Societies have played a vital and leading role in developing many prestigious residential zones all over the country. Our vision is to promote residential zones, either in the form of plots or flats, farmhouses, etc., with proper approval from the competent authorities. We aim to allocate them to members/the general public at a reasonable and nominal price without a profit motive and without mediators.
Additionally, our goal is to provide financial assistance to fulfill the housing needs of the members/public.
