Dianne Spillane

My name is Di Spillane and I am Living With Narcolepsy (N1) in Australia.
Despite having lived with this disorder since childhood, I wasn't diagnosed with narcolepsy + cataplexy (NT1) until late in life at the age of 49.

Since diagnosis, I have actively participated in, and or, initiated my own awareness campaigns for World Narcolepsy Day, and World Sleep Day. I hope to reach others who may be looking for answers, prompting them to discuss these issues with their doctor. This may result in them being referred to a sleep physician and having their sleep investegated and possible sleep disorder diagnosed.

I am sharing narcolepsy awareness videos that I have created on this channel, this does not replace medical advice which should always be sourced through a physician.
