This app is designed for you to receive all the training guidance you need so that you no longer have to worry about training. You'll be messaging me directly (and only me because I run these programs myself), if you need help with training!
All training programs have been created by me to ensure you're able to maximise growth no matter how many training days you're able to do. Inside, you'll have different programs to select from based on your goals and how many days you can train as well as exercise alternatives in case you don't have access to specific machines.

A 4 day split that consists of only 1 leg day for those who don't need legs twice a week... Or are too scared π

But after a lot of thinking and developing, this is what my team and I have come up with. With this DIY version of the Cut & Commit, we'll be giving you all the tools we use inside of Panda so that you can apply this yourself - giving you life long knowledge of training and nutrition, and then hopefully maybe you'll never need a coach again.
BUT just because it is "Do It Yourself", it doesn't mean "do it by yourself". Myself along with my team at Panda will be there to guide you, as well as everyone else doing it as we'll be adding everyone to a community and support group.

13 years of simply doing the right things consistently. Drug free with no fancy diets like keto or carnivore. Of course I didn't adhere 100% of the time throughout it all, but I just learnt how to make the right decisions each time to help me continue working towards the bigger picture.
I think the one thing I do regret though is not learning how to do 'the right thing' sooner... Because who knows. Maybe I'd be at an even better composition than I am now had I decided to get proper guidance sooner rather than 3 years after I started training.
After all these years, I can confidently say that lot of this progress comes from the diet. But despite a lot of you asking for nutritional coaching, I've never been able to find a way to provide a service with my team that I was happy with apart from proper coaching through the Cut & Commit Challenge.
BUT I think we've finally done it!!! πππΌ
ππΌ An affordable training and coaching program to TEACH you how to get to 10-12% body fat with visible abs to set you up for a proper lean bulk.
Who is this for?
You donβt need 1-on-1 Coaching β You already have the foundational knowledge of how to train and eat. But you're stuck between cutting and bulking and you're just missing that Proven Roadmap and System that teaches you each step to how to get the results you want properly.

If you're looking to train alongside me, this will be the new training block I'll be running for the next 8 weeks inside my Panda training app.
Here's a quick rundown of what you can expect for this program:
- 5 day ULULU split
- High frequency
- ~1-1.5 hour training time
- Pure hypertrophy (SBDs will be available as an alternative if people still want them!)
- Exercise alternatives in case you don't have the exercies I do

Itβs always funny looking back at photos when Iβm at my peak bulk or cut as itβs always the extreme end of my usual physique. I knew my face gets round when Iβm beyond 75kg, but DAMN it was round ππ
Although itβs hard to see extremely noticeable progress as a natural, I would like to think this is my biggest and leanest look yet.
Currently hovering around 72-73kg post-holiday and estimating to be ~15-16% body fat π€

For this upcoming program, Iβll be trialing a high frequency lower volume split for the next 8 weeks.
It will involve:
- 8 day weekly cycle
- 6 training days a week
- 10 sets per muscle group a week
- 3 upper workouts
- 3 lower workouts π
