My new training program I’ve written for myself starts tomorrow 🙌🏼

For this upcoming program, I’ll be trialing a high frequency lower volume split for the next 8 weeks.

It will involve:
- 8 day weekly cycle
- 6 training days a week
- 10 sets per muscle group a week
- 3 upper workouts
- 3 lower workouts 💀
