We are the Official Auctioneers for KCMO. We currently serve NHS Tow Services and KCATA with our monthly abandoned auto auction at the Police Impound Lot on Front St.
Vehicles sold at the KC Tow Lot Auction have been impounded for at least 30 days and have been declared Abandoned Property by the State of Missouri. Owners and lien holders are notified by the City with a MO DOR Form 4577 and may pick up their vehicle at any time prior to the sale of the vehicle - even if it's already got bids on it. Winning bidders will receive a MO DOR Form 4579 Abandoned Property Bill of Sale notarized by a City clerk after paying for the vehicle at auction.
